To apply sealer successfully, follow this method.

Measure out about 5 oz which is about 150 ml of sealer and pour it on to a clean bonnet. Just pour it close to the edge at one point. Put this onto a floor machine.

Bonnet-with-Sealer

(1) Using it on floor polisher. Measure out  5 oz (150 ml) 511 Impregnator Sealer and pour it close to edge of the bonnet on to one spot.  Position the machine on the floor and start it up to rotate the bonnet. Make sure to apply only a thin film on to the surface.

(2) Use it with a  flat mop. Measure out  5 oz (150 ml) 511 Impregnator Sealer and pour it on to a flat mop evenly. Apply only a thin film.

(3) For grout. Apply 511 with a paintbrush to grout joints.

Either one application is fast and simple. DO Not walk on the freshly impregnated floor.

What happens if you put down too much 511 Impregnator sealer? The access have to be removed by using Residue Remover part # 8A10073. It will positively remove accumulated residue. Use it with a dry bonnet or a dry flat mop.
